Having been a fairly active reader and poster on various sites for the last 15 months or so, I have finally decided to take the plunge and start a blog of my own.
I have no idea how frequently I will update this. I don't think coming up with creative entries is a strength of mine (I feel far more comfortable responding to other people's ideas), but lately I have found myself having ideas I wanted to express, and no handy forum to express them in. I suspect, like many things, this will start off like a flood, shortly slow down to a stream, then a slow trickle and finally evaporate entirely.
But who knows.
Politics, mostly national, some AZ, and whatever else hits my fancy.

I actually wanted to comment about the next post, but for some reason I cannot.
No doubt Obama is gaming the system, as is Mitt Romney. This is actually a plus for me, as not only do they realize how to game the system, but that there is a system to be gamed. I would submit that most of the other candidates don't realize that these types of statistics have any meaning. You have to be operating at 1080i to be getting these details right. I like the fact that some of the candidates are at that point. It speaks highly of their managerial talent, and who they have surrounded themselves with.
Yeah, I noticed for some reason that post lost it's comments section, even though comments are enabled and set to add by default. I will look at fixing it.
As a follow-up, I created a test post and added it, and it had a comments link ... not sure why the Obama one doesn't.
Because Hillary wanted it that way. Her reach is long like that.
Well, I'm the world's worst campaign analyst as we all know, but I think that Hillary is totally vulnerable despite the size of her war chest and her campaign experience. The reason is simply that a lot of people just don't like her. She's a politician through and through and she panders to whoever she's talking to. I'd like for a woman to be the President, just not her. I will definitely support Senator Obama or John Edwards, but I have not decided which.

I find myself in agreement with Liza ... Hillary is a clear 4th on my support list, behind Obama and Edwards, and Richardson as well.
